Freshservice Work Next is the first Work Next implementation. This approved capture uses a controlled synthetic workload to show the ranked queue and the factual reasons behind each position; it does not represent a released Marketplace product.

One clear question across the platforms teams already use

Work Next is a planned family of focused tools that bring relevant workload signals together into an explainable order. Each edition is intended to work with its host platform rather than replace the platform's records, permissions or operational workflow.

The family is being developed platform by platform. No Work Next edition is currently publicly available or purchasable.

Platform roadmap

Work Next for Freshservice

Pre-release The first implementation and current release path. It provides a read-only, explainable view of tickets assigned to the signed-in agent. It is not yet available through Freshworks Marketplace. Explore the pre-release product.

Freshdesk and Freshdesk Omni

Platform validation Bounded technical validation is under way. The remaining demand risk has been accepted so that research can continue, but demand has not been validated and no product or release is promised. Freshdesk Omni will require its own validation rather than being assumed equivalent.

HubSpot

Planned A roadmap platform for later investigation. There is no available HubSpot edition, release date or purchase offer.

Jira Service Management

Planned A roadmap platform for a future Work Next investigation. It is not the same product as Bulk Approvals for JSM, which remains a separate PezTech Software app.

Family principles

Explainable

Show the factual reasons behind an order instead of hiding decisions behind an opaque score.

Platform-aware

Use the signals and boundaries of each host platform, with the platform remaining authoritative.

Conservative

Label incomplete, stale or uncertain evidence instead of presenting it as a complete answer.

Focused

Help a person decide where to look next without automatically performing the underlying work.

Availability

Not available

No public Work Next release yet

Freshservice is the first pre-release implementation. Freshdesk and Freshdesk Omni remain in validation, while HubSpot and Jira Service Management are planned roadmap platforms. Marketplace links, pricing and release dates will be added only after the relevant product passes its release and publication gates.
