Support scope
PezTech Software supports:
- installation and licensing behaviour specific to Bulk Approvals for JSM;
- project-admin configuration of supported request types, context fields and action availability;
- approver discovery, search, selection, confirmation, processing and reconciled results;
- accessibility issues within the app;
- suspected app defects, privacy concerns and security reports; and
- interpretation of app-generated, non-sensitive error wording.
Customers remain responsible for Jira/JSM administration, workflow design, native approval rules, request permissions, user and account lifecycle, and their own data-protection obligations. Atlassian is responsible for Atlassian account access, Jira/JSM platform behaviour, Marketplace billing systems and Atlassian service incidents.
What to include
Please provide:
- the app name;
- your Atlassian cloud site name, not a private access token or login link;
- the approximate date and time, including time zone;
- whether the issue occurred in the portal or project settings;
- the non-sensitive wording shown by the app;
- concise reproduction steps; and
- the app version or Marketplace entitlement state, if known.
What not to send
Do not send:
- passwords, credentials, API tokens, OAuth secrets or recovery codes;
- Jira request descriptions, approval content or attachments;
- sensitive custom-field values;
- full payloads, raw exports or database dumps; or
- personal information that is not necessary to investigate the issue.
PezTech Software may ask for a minimised or redacted example where genuinely required. Do not grant site access or create a support account unless a separate, documented support procedure explicitly requires and authorises it.
Service expectations
Support is provided by email. PezTech Software targets an initial response within two business days and aims to resolve most issues within five business days where reasonably possible and within PezTech Software’s control. These are targets, not guaranteed contractual response or resolution service levels.
Complex defects, release-dependent fixes and Atlassian-dependent issues may take longer. PezTech Software will provide practical updates where possible. Critical app-wide defects and security or privacy issues are prioritised as soon as practicable when identified.
PezTech Software does not promise 24/7 staffed support, telephone support, guaranteed fix times, guaranteed product or platform uptime, or general Jira/JSM consultancy.
Privacy and security reports
Privacy requests and suspected security incidents may also be sent to support@peztechsoftware.co.uk. Use a concise description and avoid including sensitive Jira/JSM content until a safe transfer method is agreed.
